Binge Eating Disorder
Binge eating makes you feel really out-of-control around food. You might find yourself having negative thoughts about yourself and your eating, and then entering a cycle of telling yourself you will “eat less tomorrow” or not keep certain food in your home. Binge Eating Disorder affects 2.8 million people in the United States, making it the most common eating disorder. At Spring Psychotherapy and Wellness we are trained to work with Binge Eating Disorder through an anti-diet lens. We will support you on your journey and help you feel safe around food.
